Rubber mixer is a kind of rubber machinery, mainly used in rubber refining and mixing. The rubber mixer generally consists of a mixing chamber, two rotors with relative rotation, upper and lower pins, temperature measuring system, heating and cooling system, exhaust system, safety device, discharging device and recording device.

When the rubber machine works, the two rotors rotate relative to each other, and the material from the feeding mouth is clamped into the roll gap by the rotor's extrusion and shear. After passing through the roll gap, it is divided into two parts by hitting the pin edge of the lower roof. The gap between the front and back chamber wall and the rotor is then returned to the upper part of the roll gap. During the flow around the rotor, the material is subjected to shear and friction everywhere, which increases the temperature of the adhesive and decreases the viscosity, increases the wettability of the rubber on the surface of the agent and makes the rubber contact with the agent surface.

The complex block, together with the glue, passes through the gap between the rotor and the rotor, the gap between the rotor and the upper and lower roof bolt, and the inner wall of the mill, which is broken by shear and is surrounded by stretch-deformed rubber and stable in the crushing state. At the same time, the protrusion on the rotor makes the adhesive move along the axial direction of the rotor, which plays the role of mixing and mixing.

The complex agent is sheared and broken repeatedly, the glue material produces deformation and restores deformation repeatedly, and the rotor is continuously stirred to make the complex agent disperse evenly in the glue material. Because the shearing action of the compound is much greater than that of the mixer, and the temperature of the compound is high, the efficiency of the mixer is much higher than that of the mixer. In addition to the feeding sequence, the quality of mixed rubber of mixer mainly depends on mixing temperature, loading capacity, rotor speed, mixing time, upper binding pressure and rotor type.
